OggChat can track all chat conversations and provides them in an easy to search history on the web portal.  Operators and administrators can search by name, ip address, operator, content, and date.  

Visitor Chat Transcripts

Visitors can select whether they want to receive a transcript at the end of their chat session.  These transcripts are automatically emailed to them when the chat session ends.  In addition to searchable chat history, transcripts can be emailed to the OggChat administrator as well so that they can see chats real-time in their inbox as they are completed.
