A canned message is a predefined live chat message that operators can send to a visitor, increasing speed and operator efficiency.

In OggChat, we use the concept of canned message shortcuts.  You can invoke the shortcut right from your IM by typeing "/" then the shortcut name, making it easy to quickly respond from your desktop or mobile phone.

To configure canned messages, simply login to your OggChat account, select your chat window, then Shortcuts.
