If you use Gmail for your email, it's easy to set up OggChat so that you can answer live help requests right from the web page.

1. Login to Gmail
2. Sign into Chat in the lower left-hand column in Gmail.
3. If you've created an Operator in OggChat, you should see friend requests from chat1 [at] oggchat.com, chat2 [at] oggchat.com, and chat3 [at] oggchat.com.  Accept each of these requests.
4. Set your status to Available.
5. If you've included the Button Widget code on your website, you're ready to chat.
6. If you don't see chat1, chat2, and chat3, in your contact list, you can re-send invitations by logging into OggChat, selecting your operator, and choosing "Re-Send Chat Invitations".
